The Engines of Love

Their music is sometimes made ​​of long meanders where the music is like a cross between deviant blues and obstinate shoegaze.

Their influences: The Beatles, Queen of the Stone Age, My Bloody Valentine, Ride, The
Cure, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Spiritualized, Six By Seven, Motorpsycho ... Between rock psyche, new wave, pop and stoner.

A first album, Hermetic, was released in March 2011 on Skohl records. The album receives an enthusiastic welcome in the specialized press and particularly in Rif Raf.

Then the band went on stage for some gigs in Belgium and France to show live this first effort.

After two years of work, Heartbreak, their second album is finally ready. It will be released on the 1st of October 2014 on Anorak Supersport (Mark Gardener, The Tangerines, Jeronimo, Elvis Black Stars ...) and will be the pretext for a nice tour …

In the credits of this album, we find the names of John Roo (mix) and Jeronimo (guitars), key players of the Belgian scene.
